What is your return policy for backdrops?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-printed or personalized backdrops are non-refundable unless defective.
How do I remove wrinkles from my fabric backdrop?
Most of our fabric backdrops are steam-safe. You can use a handheld steamer on the reverse side or iron on a low-heat setting to remove any creases from folding.
Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
Yes, we provide custom printing services. You can upload your own high-resolution artwork or request specific dimensions through our custom orders page.
